"A bit slow, but they did respond"
It took a little longer than I expected to hear back, which was kind of frustrating. To be fair, they did reply in the end, so I wouldn’t say they ignored me, just slower than I’d hoped

"A Collector’s Edition Worth the Hype"
I was bracing myself for some kind of heartbreak when I opened this, because collector’s editions can be so hit or miss. But thankfully, this one arrived packed really well, and the slipcover and extras looked fantastic. The disc played perfectly too, so no drama there. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and glad I picked it up...

I preordered a Blu-ray from Shout Factory and the whole process was really easy. They sent email updates along the way, the tracking worked without any issues, and it showed up exactly when they said it would. The packaging was solid too, with no dents or damage. Super smooth order overall.

I first ordered from Shout Factory a while back, and since then I’ve come back a few more times because the prices have been fair compared to other movie sites. When they run sales, it’s even better. Earlier this year, I grabbed a couple of collector sets for less than I thought I’d pay, which was a nice surprise. Shipping has been fine each time too. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and feel like it’s a solid value

"Shipping felt like a fair deal"

"Movie was fine, packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered a couple of discs from Shout Factory and they showed up quickly, so no complaints there. The movie itself played just fine, which is obviously the main thing.
The packaging was a little disappointing though. The box had some dents, and one of the cases had a cracked corner when I opened it. For what these cost, I kind of expected them to be packed better than... I don’t know, just better. Not a horrible experience, but average overall.

"Surprisingly dependable"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the site has been reliable. I’ve never had any issues, and my orders always show up like they’re supposed to, which is more than I can say for some places.

"Super easy replacement"
My disc showed up damaged, so I sent it back and got a replacement quickly. returns are usually always a hassle, but this one was surprisingly easy.

"Discs showed up in great shape"
I ordered a few Blu-rays from Shout Factory, and the discs was in really nice condition. Didn’t see any scratches, no strange playback problems, and the picture looked clean when I played them.
The cases were alright too, but the discs is what I mostly care about, and they worked just fine. Happy with the order and I’d buy from them again.

"Pretty reliable from what I remember"
From my experience, they usually have the books or titles I’m looking for. I do remember a few times where popular ones sold out faster than I expected, which was a little annoying. But overall, I’d say the stock is usually good.

"Refund was super quick"
I had to ask for a refund because there was an issue with my order, and I expected the usual back-and-forth because refunds always seem to turn into a whole thing. But they handled it really easily and didn’t make it complicated at all. The money came back faster than I thought too. Solid support overall, no hassle.

I ordered a couple movies from shoutfactory.com, and the checkout was easy overall. I liked that my cart updated like it should and that I didn’t have to create an account just to finish the order.
The shipping options were clear enough, but I was a little disappointed when the page slowed down after I entered my payment info. It hung there long enough that I started wondering if something had gone wrong.
The confirmation email did come through right away, so it worked out in the end. Still, I expected the final step to feel a bit more polished. I’d probably use the site again, but it wasn’t quite as smooth as I hoped

"Streaming quality has honestly been solid"
I’ve been watching a bunch of movies on Shout Factory lately, and the streaming has been great for me. Everything loads fast, and I haven’t dealt with any annoying buffering so far. The picture looks surprisingly clean too, even on some of the older titles, which I wasn’t really expecting. when a service actually works the way it should, I think it deserves some credit. Happy with it overall.

I ordered a couple blu-rays from Shout Factory and the tracking was easy to keep up with. Got the email not too long after ordering, and it updated as the package moved along.
It showed up on the day it said it would, so no weird delays or me having to guess where it was. Simple order and nothing went wrong, so yeah I’m happy with it.

"Worth it for the harder-to-find releases"
I’ve ordered a few exclusive releases from Shout Factory now, i’ve been happy with them. I don’t usually go out of my way to buy physical copies unless it’s something I really can’t find elsewhere, so I feel like these were worth picking up. The movies are the kind of stuff I rarely see on other sites, and everything showed up in good shape, including the packaging. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t a problem either. For collectors editions and harder-to-find titles, I’m glad a site like this is still around.

I was kind of rushing through the site at first, just trying to take a quick look, but I kept stopping because Shout Factory has so much stuff I don’t really see anywhere else. Old horror, cult movies, TV sets, random classics I’d totally forgotten about, it’s a fun mix.
Even when I’m in a hurry and not actually planning to buy anything, I still end up browsing way longer than I meant to. Somehow there’s always something else that catches my eye, and yep, it usually ends up in my cart...

"Works, but I feel kind of dumb for trusting it to be easier"
Shout! Factory technically works, but the whole experience felt clunky. I did eventually find what I was looking for, but it took way more clicking around than it should have. The menus and search aren’t great, and the layout feels a little old and awkward. Checkout went through fine, but even that wasn’t as smooth as I expected. i felt kind of stupid for trusting the site to be simple and hassle-free. It’s not terrible, but it definitely needs some cleanup.
